You need to be upfront about everything when it comes to how, when, and how much you are going to pay your employees. Remember that it might be tempting to act like friends with your home business employees, and to become friendly with them because you are at home. However, you should always remember to be professional and to make sure that business gets taken care of in a professional way. Above all else, you need to maintain the idea that you are in business.
